Wayne's Embedded 10Mbps Ethernet Module
Add Ethernet to your next project now
Check out the prototype Ethernet server page
This Ethernet module uses a cheap and easy to interface 10Mbps RTL8019AS Ethernet controller from Realtek.
The module requires just 5Vdc and an 8-bit data, 5-bit address, read,
write strobes and a reset signal. 4 LED's show the status of the
module. From left we have a power LED, transmit LED, receive LED and
link LED. The link LED can be configure to be a collision LED in
software.
Currently in development is a ATMega128 processor board that will
fit under this Ethernet module. This board has two serial ports and I/O
pins that can be used to control a range of stuff. Quick interfacing to
GPS and other serial devices for realtime access across your network.
Bare PCB $16.00 inc. GST (SOLDOUT)
These will be double sided, solder masked and silk-screened
Payment can be made by direct deposit or money order.
